Porsche 908 Lh to recreate that famous 1969 Le Mans race race finish with the GT40 mki Ford GT40 MK1 (sure,we already have the mkIV but the most famous one is the John Wyer's two in a row winner of Le Mans.Having a pack called "Le Mans Icons" without including one one of the most,if not the most,iconic winner doesnt make much sense ) Ferrari 512s / 512 codalunga (It seems that the Porsche 917k and 917 LH are coming,so this car is a must have.Historical rivals,protagonists of the the movie Le Mans,why would be nonsense to not include this car if the Porsches are coming.This car got 2nd place in the Ferrari poll from Assetto Corsa and there were many requests in AC forum for this car to be included anyways -one of them was created by me :P) Possibly my favourite car I've ever seen at Le Mans, and a perfect fit for the LMP900 class whilst being completely unique. I admit the Matra might be more iconic, but personally I'd love to see either the 1970 (long tail) or 1971 (short tail) T33 to go with it.
If a Porsche 908/03 is coming along, it's going to need a rival. And it certainly fills the criteria of 'Icon'. Whilst not perfectly overlapping, this would be a great addition to the class with the DBR1 and the 250 Testa Rossa that seems planned for the Ferrari pack.
No sim has ever had the classic 917 v 512 battle of the 1970 season and I would love to see one of these (or both) added alongside the two versions of the 917 we already know to be on the way. To that end, these are the cars I'm hoping fill it: Unless they throw 4 more Porsches into the LM pack and add a load of road cars to the Porsche pack, but I really hope that's not the case! That said, we know pretty much all the Season Pass content already, with only 4ish slots in the Le Mans Classics pack to be revealed, presumably in about 6 months. If it is there, I hope it's in a separate class personally (and I'd rather have the Mazda 767 than 787). The current Group C class is a perfect take on 88/89 and the Peugeot just wouldn't fit it at all. Ok, first off a request for a car NOT to be in game: the Peugeot 905.
